In this post, I share with you 4 sure ways to build skyrocket, stable confidence within! Trust me – It’s work for me and many of my coaching clients so wanted to share this with you so you can start experiencing a shift in your confidence today.

Here are your steps again:
Step #1 – Patience
You must have patience with yourself on where you are on your journey. Take out judgment words such as “Should, shouldn’t, should have” as it limits your progress. Don’t get so down on yourself, you are where you are for a reason and you must honor that. You have learned so much along the way and about yourself. The most important thing is that you are in a space of awareness that something different needs to be done in order to live up to your full potential. At least you are making a choice to improve your confidence as we speak – must be patient yourself. Afterall, you have been operating in your “old self” for such a long time you can’t expect to change overnight.
Step # 2- Get in a Good Energy Space
Get in a different energy space than you are in right now – shift your energy and this will create a supportive space for you to step into your full confidence. Play music, go outside for a walk, read an inspirational piece, hold a (citrine) crystal…anything to shift the vibration you are in now into a higher feeling frequency.
Step # 3- Go out & Conquer!
Now, you have no choice but to go out and conquer!
Keep in mind, that even though you may not be where you want to be, there is no reason you can’t start acting, feeling, speaking as if you are already there!
The messages we relay to others is 55% body language, 38% tone and 7% words. Therefore when it comes to the confidence you can start acting and expressing full confidence simply in your body language (it accounts for the majority of the image and message you want to convey!). So how would you look like, act like and BE should you be a 10 in confidence? Shoulders back, head up, standing tall, taking pride in your appearance. However YOU would be should you have 100% confidence, you have 100% control to start acting like that now!
Step # 4- Acknowledge
Acknowledge yourself for taking a step towards improving your confidence and stepping into the best version of you. So no matter how little or big the step is that you took today to improve your confidence, you must give yourself a round of applause.
The more you acknowledge yourself for your efforts, you actually, in fact, start building your confidence and better yet, start becoming your own best friend.

TRUSTING IN YOUR ABILITY TO FIGURE IT OUT!
You don’t need to “know it all” or do it perfectly, you just need to trust that what you know is enough and when it comes to what you don’t know, you will figure it out!
That is enough!
You are enough!
Now go out and BE!
