I have recently gone through a spiritual awakening and permanent shift within me and want to share with you 3 quick tools that I use to help keep the delicious high-vibe feeling going or to pick myself up when I feel challenged to stay in the high-flying disc.
There is no such thing as a setback
Are you a hard-working, self-development keener like me? Then I bet there are moments when you feel like you are taking 3 steps back when you just made 2 giant leaps forward. This is completely normal and all part of the process.
In the moments where it’s challenging to stay on the “high-flying disc” (a term coined by Abraham Hicks to describe being in a high vibrational state), we can make an even deeper, permanent impact on our psyche, cells, and new state of being if we become intentional to stand in the shoes of our highest and best selves. It’s in these moments where we have to truly apply all we have learned and become and really BE our highest and best versions of ourself in the face of challenge and contrast. It’s not about being it when it’s easy and welcoming.
Being our highest and best self is truly strengthened when we live it out during our most challenging times.
I have the honor and privilege to support many of my clients to and through their greatest transformations. There are times I see them challenged to live up, embody and stay connected to the new self that has been awakened. Sometimes it’s easier to just revert back to our low vibrating ways of doubt, frustration and fear – which is completely understandable but is it truly easier to give up and stay stuck in the pain of the old self? Especially when the new self has been awakened?.
After all the growth I witness in my clients sometimes we get tired as we near the finish line. But think about how sweet the victory will be when we push ourselves just a little bit more and receive our ribbon?
