I was going to bed feeling exhausted, empty and not getting ahead in life despite a jammed packed day of taking care of my daughter, house, work and barely myself. I have to say these feelings were stronger in the early stages of new mom-hood but being self-aware and an action-taker I made sure to embrace where I was with as much grace as possible and still be proactive about managing these feelings.
